Dining With Duncan

Passion. Love. Intellect. Playfulness. Art. Food. Without these things, life is just boring, and nobody wants that. And if food can make life a culinary adventure, why not take the reins and create! But you may say, "Duncan, I can't do that. I have a meal plan, so I have to eat what they give me. Anyway, I don't have time to make great food." Well, you're wrong. Using the food and equipment in the dining hall, you can whip up something that challenges the taste buds with sophistication and fervour. I'll teach you to do this, and give you additional advice on how to live your life with more tastefulness than you thought possible. In the words of Martha Stewart, "It's a good thing."

PBCD: Peanut Butter Chocolate Delight

Ingredients:

2 peanut butter cookies
1-2 spoons of chocolate syrup
soft serve ice cream

Crumble the cookies and put pieces in a soup bowl. Add the chocolate syrup and stir, making sure to evenly distribute the chocolate on all the cookie pieces. Then put the mixture on a saucer and press into a pattie, using a spoon. Heat in microwave for 1 to 1:30 minutes. Top with ice cream and enjoy.

Variations:

Try caramel instead of chocolate.
Try using chocolate chips.
Try another kind of cookie. Raisin works well.

Passion! Love! Art! Food!
